Job Description:
Job Description 1. Database modeling and design for high performance large telecom applications

2. Generation of detailed documents for Specifications, Requirements and design

3. PL/SQL procedure writing

4. Query optimization

5. Testing and debugging the procedures

6. Manage large databases

7. Troubleshooting the database behavior

8. Helping the application designers/coders in DB related debugging and troubleshooting Technical skills and experience: - 1. Experience in large database oriented projects (preferably in telecom space)

2. Expertise in Oracle/Mysql

3. Database modeling, design and optimization

4. Database installation and creation

5. Performance tuning and query optimization

6. Backup & recovery of large databases

7. Troubleshooting and analysis

8. DB Clusters/ High Availability/ Replication

9. Data Migration

10. Knowledge of relevant tools

11. Exposure to shell scripting & PL/SQL

12. Preferable to have relevant certifications

B.E or above with one of the following Specialization and 70% or more in academics Electronics & Communication
