Desired Candidate Profile
1. Knowledge of user interface design principles and web design best practices/standards (W3C).

2. Candidate should have a firm grasp on online design/multimedia fundamentals and the latest software especially Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator/CorelDRAW.

3. Knowledge of (X)HTML.

4. Knowledge of CSS(Cascading Style sheets).

5. Working Experience and knowledge of Photoshop.

6. Good knowledge of ancillary software like Premiere, After-Effects, etc. is desired.

7. JavaScript coding abilities are desired but not a requirement.

8. Understanding of Search Engine Optimization techniques is desired but not a requirement.

9. Good Communication skills.

Job Description

1. Work with Designers to implement design with (X)HTML/CSS mark up and test it on multiple browsers.

2. Work with developers to help integrate the HTML with back end code.

3. Maintain existing (X)HTML/CSS code.

4. Do basic JavaScript coding.

5. Utilise skills and creativity to come up with new, and innovative designs for websites, landing pages, micro sites, banner ads, etc.
