Job Description:
Responsibilities A software engineer is expected to perform the following:
• Handle project tasks independently with least supervision
• Prepare software design documents which provide detailed information about each sub-module
• Contribute innovative ideas/ suggestions for product enhancements
• Write defect-free code and ensure that created module meets all performance, reliability and functional requirements
• Review written code for self and others
• Analyze issues, debug and modify written code as required
• Escalate issues as and when required
• Document programs for maintainability
• Prepare user documentation or provide inputs for creating user documentation

Desired Profile:
A software engineer researches, designs and develops software systems which meets product engineering specifications. This engineer is expected to work on leading edge software products/technologies. Currently we are looking for candidates who have a UG or PG in Computer Science only from IIT's, NIT's or BITS-Pilani from the batches of 2009 or 2010. Interviews are scheduled for the 28th of August 2010 at Bangalore. In case you fit into the criteria mentioned above, do apply and we shall call shortlisted candidates for the interview.
