Software development in Ruby / Ruby on Rails

Desired Profile :

We need developers for a Ruby on Rails application and so deep Ruby experience will count for a lot but non-Rubyists should apply as well. We understand that for the correct kind of hacker a new language is never a problem. Experience in Python, Lisp, Javascript and MVC architectures are desirable.

If you do not have any ruby experience, you may still apply for a Junior Developer position. We're looking for attitude rather than aptitude. If you hunger to be the best coder you can be and want to hang out with like minded people, do apply.
