Job Description:

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

�         Responsible for developing various solutions that improve the efficiency of the Implementation Process. 

�         Utilizing development and scripting tools programmatically tie workflow automation to existing application.

�         Assist in streamlining server builds by creating scripts to perform repeatable tasks including network based queries, server deployment, and application configuration.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Troubleshoot and tune the application, databases and system monitors as needed to overcome or prevent disruptions or improve performance.  Includes analyzing errors and system information (with other support groups as needed), executing system utilities, developing and implementing automation or performing configuration modifications for resolution.

Manage small to mid-size projects.  Includes determining project requirements, establishing timelines, managing individual and team cooperation, overcoming obstacles, communicating status to the concerned seniors.

Test, implement, configure and tune add-on products supported by the group.
Research and recommend existing and new technologies and relevant best practice implementations.  This includes involvement with proof of concept testing, supporting documentation, etc.

Prepare and present analyses, reports, presentations or demonstrations to various audiences for communication or promotional purposes.

Perform application administrative functions to maintain user and group access and security policies.
