Analyst/SME

Self-motivated team player with strong organization and analytical skills

Strong focus on customer satisfaction

Work efficiently in a large team environment

Prioritize work according to schedules and deadlines

Work with little supervision and with close attention to detail

Make quick and sound decisions

Display strong written and oral communication skills

Computer skills with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications [Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.]

Basic understanding of SQL, Unix and GUI

Flexibility and willingness to accept on-call rotations including week-ends

Prior experience in telecommunications, security environment is preferred.

Prior customer contact experience is preferred.



Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (B.Sc. / B.C.A.)
