Your job profile would basically include :
Interacting with customer by phone/Email for L1 Tech Support.
Trouble shooting customer Issues
Trouble shooting Server/hosting related issues
Desired Profile :
Candidates must have knowledge of networking protocols, should have preferably done BSc( IT), MCA, MCM or CCNA, RHCE.
Freshers having a zeal to excel are also invited.
